RRC SER Junior Clerk Typist Eligibility
1) Only Serving regular/permanent Railway Employees of South Eastern Railway (Erstwhile Group-D) who are working in grade pay lower than the grade pay of the notified post (i.e GP of Rs.1800/- in 6th CPC/Level-1 of 7th CPC) and all the serving regular Group C such as J/Peon, record Sorter etc. in GP Rs.1900, 6th CPC/Level-2 of 7th CPC are eligible to apply for the post2) RPF/RPSF personnel are not eligible to apply for GDCE in terms of Railway Board;s Letter No.E(NG)I/2002/PM2/9 dated.11.08.2003(RBE No.139/2003-ES-139/2003)
3) Age Limit: Upper age limit will calculated as on 1st Jan 2019
UR: 42 years, OBC: 45 years, SC/ST: 47 years
4) Min Educational Qualification: Should posses HSC/12th or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. 50% marks ins not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Exservicemen and candidates having higher qualification. Typing proficiency of 30WPM in English / 25wpm Hindi on computer / type writer.
Examination Fee: There is no Fee for Junior Clerk Typist Jobs for all categories
How to Submit RRC SER Junior Clerk Typist Application Form
Self Attested Certificates to be Enclosed with Application
a) SSC or equivalent Board certificate in proof of date of birth
b) Community certificate for SC/ST and OBC from authentic civil authority for reservation benefits
c) Marks certificates with mark lists in proof of possessing min education qualification
Process for Filling Application:
i) The application form to be filled by candidate in his/her hand writing in Black Ball Point Pen
ii) Must affix candidate two recent passport colour photographs in space provided in form
iii) Two self addressed envelopes
iv) He/She should put his/her signature in full running script as in the service record
Procedure for Submitting Application: Eligible applicants must apply SER RRC provided application form download from below link, The applicant should get her/her identity certified in the application by his immediate controlling supervisor. The applicant can directly send the application with attaching self attested copies of certificates to the nominated Personnel Officer by registered/speed post or submit by hand.
Application submission by registered post or postal delay The department not responsible. Where the applicant submits the application in person an acknowledgement for receipt of applications would be given by the nominated person an acknowledgement for receipt of applications would be given by the nominated personnel Deptt. The application should reach the nominated Personnel Officer before office closing time on 7th January 2019
