Pre Matric Scholarship Notification & Application Procedure

Pre Matric Scholarship Eligibility

1) Students should passed previous final exam with 50% marks or above
2) Student of parental/guardian annual income not above One Lakh rupees
3) Good opportunity to the Karnataka domicile students who are studying in other state are also apply
4) Students of other states studying in Karnataka are not eligible to apply from Karnataka

What are the Document Copies attached Online?

a) Marks Card (Previous Class Mark sheet or card)
b) Fee Receipts with Tuition Fee and Admission Fee separately mentioned
c) Provide Annual Income as per Income Certificate issued by Tahasildar Revenue, competent authority
d) Self Declaration of Minority Community Certificate by the student available on website www.gokdom.kar.nic.in in case of community not mentioned in income certificate
e) Bank account proof in the name of student (Xerox copy of bank passbook)
f) Xerox copy of Aadhar Card, if you don’t have provide Aadhar EID copy
g) Passport size 2 photos

Note: Submit the same copies to your HM / Principal / Head of Institute

Scholarship Applying Online Process

Step 1: Students open website https://scholarship.gov.in
Step 2: Select option New Registration button
Step 3: Guidelines read and choose continue button
Step 4: Page asks student personal data, fill registration form
Step 5: Provide Aadhar, Bank Account and application form
Step 6: after providing all details click on register button
Step 7: student registration id will display, it should note down for future reference)
Step 8: Select link continue button, go to login page
Step 9: after login student will get OTP of give digits on registered mobile number
Step 10: enter received OTP in blank on screen to change password as per instruction
Step 11: Select Apply button to enter details Registration details, academic details, basic details
Step 12: after entering details click on save and contine
Step 13: applicant is directed is the next page for contact details & scheme details
Step 14: Enter contact details
Step 15: based on eligibility criteria of the student, schemes will be displayed
Step 16: Pre Matric Scholarship Scheme Minorities CS for I to X, Click on Final submit button, take a print on clicking print button for reference and as acknowledgement
